Every great garden starts with a conversation. I offer a free 30-minute phone call where we can chat about your ideas, goals, and what you’d love to see in your outdoor space. It’s also a chance for you to get to know me and how I work. If it feels like a good fit, the next step is an on-site consultation.

An on-site consultation lasts about 60–90 minutes and the fee is $100.

ON-SITE CONSULTATION

Before I arrive, I’ll spend some time looking into your property and the notes you shared with me. When we meet in person, we’ll walk through your yard together, discuss what’s working (and what isn’t), and talk through your vision.

This is where ideas start to take shape. By the end of our visit, we’ll have a clear direction, and I’ll be able to outline the fee for your custom conceptual design plan if you decide to move forward.

For the DIYers or those simply seeking plant and gardening advice, you’ll walk away with practical, ready-to-use information such as:

  • Plant recommendations suited for your space

  • Rough sketches of layout ideas

  • Creative solutions and inventive design tips

  • A follow-up with helpful resources (pest control, tools, and more)

Whether you’re planning to tackle things yourself or move forward with a full design, the consultation will give you knowledge and confidence to make the most of your garden.

YOUR DESIGN PLAN

Your design plan is created just for you—no cookie-cutter layouts here. The fee depends on the size and complexity of the project, but every plan includes:

  • A detailed layout drawing of your space

  • Plant and material recommendations suited for Florida’s unique climate

  • An estimate for installation

Think of it as your personalized roadmap to a beautiful, functional landscape. And if you choose to have Butterflies and Blossoms FL bring the design to life, revisions are included once we sign a contract.

INSTALLATION: BRINGING IT ALL TO LIFE

This is the most exciting step—when your vision becomes reality! Once the contract is signed, a deposit secures your project on our schedule and allows us to begin the building phase.

From there, my team and I handle everything with care and attention to detail. We bring together thoughtful design, Florida-friendly plant choices, and quality craftsmanship to create a landscape that is not only beautiful but also easy to maintain.
